Ben currently acts as secretary for Novia’s board of pension trustees, and holds a key position within the operations department managing the pensions administration team.
Having previously worked in a number of roles within financial services, Ben is now looking to use his skills and experience to help the Novia Foundation serve the local community.
Sarah is responsible for the Facilities Department at Novia Financial. She began her career with Novia when the company started in 2008. Sarah has extensive experience in event organisation and has also undertaken many fundraising activities over the years, for which she is willing to go to great lengths – including being locked in a kennel, twice, to raise money for Bath Cats and Dogs Home – proving her dedication, or that she is just barking!
Sarah is delighted to have been appointed as a trustee of the Novia Foundation and hopes her experience and enthusiasm will be of great benefit to the Charity
A former director of both Marketing and Compliance functions in the financial services industry, and a regional chair of a national charity foundation, Tony retired in 2015 to concentrate on non paid charity roles.
Chairman of Friends of Young Carers Swindon and recently appointed as a trustee at the Novia Foundation, his aim is to encourage others to use their skills to benefit their communities.
Nick a qualified accountant lives in Bath and has worked in Financial Services for over 20 years , he is passionate about his role as a Trustee and is thrilled that Novia Foundation is helping such a broad range of charitable causes in the local area.
Nick currently works for Novia in Risk and Compliance in a monitoring and oversight role, and he will bring those disciplines to Novia Foundation to deliver both transparency and due diligence of our charitable activities.
Lynzi is Chief Operating Office at Novia Financial Plc and Wealthtime Plc with vast financial service experience, having previously held Executive posts at LV= and Quilter Plc.
Lynzi is also a Non-Executive Director for TeX and Holloway Friendly and holds a MSc from Winchester University in Human Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford University.
Lynzi is the driving force behind the Novia Foundation and passionate about giving back to communities.
Christina is Head of Advisor and Customer Experience for Novia Financial and has a passion for people. Christina is a certified customer experience professional (CCXP) and has won industry awards for her work in customer experience. She also judges at various industry awards in both the UK and internationally.
Stephen is Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Novia Financial. Having previously worked in a number of roles within financial services, the charity sector and the events sector, Stephen is now looking forward to putting his Event Management and Fundraising experience to good use as part of the Novia Foundation Team.
Vicky is an experienced Executive Assistant and works for the CEO, CFO and CRO of Novia Financial. After graduating with a degree in drama, her career has ranged from working for the director of a charity funded community arts centre, managing a customer support team at an ISP to working for various directors at a FTSE 100 Telecommunications business. As well as a demonstrated history of working at C-Suite level, she has skills in event management, proof reading, and writing newsletters and reports. She enjoys tasks that require creative thinking and is a keen amateur artist.
Vicky is enthusiastic about supporting local communities and charities as part of the Novia Foundation, being part of a great team making a difference.
